Unicorn Farts, a close cousin to no bake Moose farts but with white chocolate chips on the inside and brightly coloured sprinkles on the outside! Perfect for kids parties year round.
Following the success of our Moose Farts recipe last December, I have heard from hundreds of people who have tried them. It turned out to be the surprise hit of the last Holiday season.
Along with telling me about their successes with this super easy recipe, people started talking about the variations they had made to the recipe. They had added mini chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, added nuts and even rice krispies.
Some people substituted ground nuts for the coconut and rolled them in different things too. Oreo Crumbs, cocoa, icing sugar, coconut and nuts had all been used instead of graham crumbs to roll them in.
We even had folks from the UK and Australia, who never heard of graham crumbs, use crushed digestive biscuits in the recipe and they still loved the cookies.
With such a versatile recipe I had to put my own spin on it, using one idea for a new name from Kassandra, a Rock Recipes reader. She wrote to tell me that she had added mini M&Ms to the recipe for her unicorn obsessed son and renamed them Unicorn Farts!
The idea stuck in my head for the whole year. I thought it was an idea that could live on past the Holidays as the perfect easy to make take along to a kids birthday party or other occasion.
I thought though that Unicorn Farts should be bright and colourful on the outside. I added mini white chocolate chips to the inside of the recipe and for maximum colour , rolled them in sprinkles instead of plain graham crumbs.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups mini white chocolate chips

Add the graham crumbs, coconut and white chocolate chips. Mix to combine well.

Roll the balls in the colourful candy sprinkles and once again chill until firm.

Refrigerate in a sealed container to store. These freeze quite well too!
