Ingredients
The salad consists of:
2cupschopped savoy or Napa cabbage
1/2large red pepper sliced
1large mangosliced
For the dressing
4tbsprice wine vinegar
1/4cuppeanut oil
2tbspbrown sugar
1/4 to 1/2tspchili flakes
1tspfreshly grated ginger root
pinchsalt
1/4tspground pepper
1/2tsptoasted sesame oilor to taste
Instructions
Shake all the dressing ingredients together in a covered bottle and pour over the salad ingredients. Toss together well and serve with a garnish of toasted sesame seeds.
