Turkey and Blackbean Soup
Turkey and Blackbean Soup - very few ingredients are needed to make this simple but delicious leftover turkey soup recipe.

of garlic

of turkey or chicken stock

can of tomatoes

z can of back beans
rinsed and drained

of chopped
cooked turkey

fresh oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot , cook the carrots, onion and garlic together until soft:

Add all of the remaining ingredients.

Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes
