Ingredients
4cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts or 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1/2cupplain mayonnaise
8strips crisp cooked smoked baconchopped
2tspDijon mustard
1tbsplemon juice
3tbspfinely chopped red pepper
1/4tspchile flakesoptional or 1/2 tsp crushed chili paste.
Instructions
Toss together all ingredients well and spread between individual flatbreads. Add lettuce and tomato if desired.
