Turkey Dressing and Gravy Panini - Newfoundland savoury dressing (stuffing), cranberry sauce & turkey in a crisp panini with gravy on the side for dipping. The best leftover turkey sandwich ever.

leftover sliced turkey
leftover dressingstuffing
cranberry sauce
leftover gravy
butter
Crusty French loaf
Instructions
Lightly butter the outside of the bread slices.
Turn them over and add layers of sliced turkey dressing and cranberry sauce.
Top with second slice of bread.
Place in panini press for about 5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. You can also cook this like a grilled cheese sandwich in a cast iron pan. Use something for weight on to of the sandwich if using this method. Another cast iron pan is ideal or you could even use an aluminum foil wrapped brick!
