Ingredients
4Wonder™ 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
4boneless skinless chicken breasts
For the seasoning mix
2tbspof chili powder
1tsppowdered garlic
1/2tspcumin
1tspdried oregano
1tspcoarse black pepper
1/2tspkosher salt
Salsa
1small de-seeded tomato, diced
¼cupbell pepper, diced
1/2a jalapeño pepper, minced
zest of 1/2 lime, minced
juice of 1/2 lime
1clovegarlic, minced
¼cupred onion, diced
salt and pepper to season
Instructions
To prepare the salsa, mix all of the ingredients for the salsa together in a glass bowl and set aside.
Mix all of the ingredients in the seasoning mix together and sprinkle generously all over the chicken breasts.
Grill over medium-high heat for about 7-8 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
Serve topped with the fresh salsa on toasted Wonder™ 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns.
