Ingredients
4D’Italiano® Original Crustini Hamburger Buns
lettuce and tomato
1 1/2lbslean ground beef
pinch salt and pepper
1/4cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
1/2tspdried ground rosemary
1/2tspdried ground thyme
1tspdried basil leaves
For the Sundried Tomato Mayo
1/2cupplain mayo
1 tbspfinely chopped sundries tomatoes
pinch salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Toss together the parmesan cheese, rosemary thyme and basil and then mix throughly through the ground beef.
Form into 4 six ounce patties and grill over high heat for 7-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Serve with lettuce and tomato on lightly toasted D'Italiano Original Crustini Hamburger Buns along with the Sundried Tomato Mayo.
For the Sundried Tomato Mayo, simple stir a the ingredients together well.
