Toad in the Hole is a much loved British comfort food dish comprised of sausages and Yorkshire Pudding. I love to serve it with roast potatoes and gravy.

Ingredients
4-6large sausages
3eggs
1cupmilk
1cupflour
½tspsalt
Instructions
Whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the flour and salt and whisk until smooth. Set this mixture aside for at least 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown your sausages in a frying pan while heating a 9x9 baking dish in a 375 degree F oven.
Remove the hot pan from the oven and brush the bottom and sides with cooking oil.
Place the sausages in the bottom of the pan and pour the batter over the sausages.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Serve with Garlic Thyme Beef Gravy.
