Ingredients

  • ounce one 10 can sweetened condensed milk 300 ml
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped glacĂ© cherries or well drained maraschino cherries
  • cups approximately 2 coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl stir the vanilla extract into the sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Fold in the graham crumbs.
  3. Add the cherries and marshmallows and fold those in gently.
  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  5. Roll the mixture into about 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll the balls in the coconut. Place on the lined cookie sheet and continue until all the mixture is used.
  6. Wash your hands and then pick up each ball and re roll it. You can use more coconut if necessary but this step helps to form the cookies into more uniform balls.
  7. Refrigerate or freeze to store.
