Orange Custard Squares. An old fashioned favourite cookie bar made with a rich orange custard filling between 2 layers of shortbread crumble.

Pecan Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. Soft, buttery, chewy cookies filled with chunks of pecans and sandwiched together with velvety smooth, rich chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Chip Cherry Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting. These slightly chewy cookie bars have plenty of dried cherries and chocolate chips baked inside with decadent layer of cream cheese icing on top. They also freeze quite well for holiday baking.

Herb Cranberry Stuffing.  A simple herb and cranberry stuffing with a recipe for deliciously juicy garlic and herb butter roasted turkey too.

Chocolate Orange Cheesecake. A luscious two layered cheesecake inspired by Terry’s Chocolate Orange. It’s been popular in my family and on my blog for many years.

Raspberry Nanaimo bars. A delicious twist on a classic Canadian cookie bar treat. The have no artificial colours or flavours and they’re no-bake too!

Auntie Crae’s Ginger Sugar Cookies. These are sort of a less intense ginger cookie but their flavour and texture is still excellent and they are still very, very addictive to ginger lovers.
