Santa Farts. A no bake cherry almond treat that kids will love to help make, and a terrific cookie treat to leave for the big guy himself on Christmas Eve.

Santa Farts. Cherry Almond No Bake Treats.
With just a few more days left until Christmas, I’m adding yet another version of these incredibly popular no bake treats.
This time I had the big guy himself on my mind when I came up with this idea. I think they will be a big hit with kids of all ages.
Like all the other no bake versions of this recipe, they are also very easy to make with children. They will really enjoy being able to say they make the cookies for Santa this year.

Santa Farts inspiration.
One other consideration when developing this recipe was to test a couple of substitutions that people often ask about.
This version uses vanilla cookie crumbs, like Nilla Wafer cookies or similar. This actually produced a smoother texture that I really enjoyed.

Vanilla Cookies.
Any brand of these will do. There are a couple of supermarket brands or no-name that will work just as well.
Another thing that folks often ask about, is if there is a substitution for coconut in the other recipes. This one does not not rely on coconut at all.

Instead I have substituted ground almonds in this recipe because cherries and almonds gp naturally together. There is also vanilla extract in here to enhance the flavour
Also, I have added a few drops of almond flavouring as well, which makes them more fragrant as well.
Here’s wishing you the best of the Christmas season and all the best in the New Year.
We will be back with some budget friendly meal ideas on early 2026.
