Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Wash and cut into fries: 4-5 medium sized sweet potatoes Place in large bowl. Add ½ tsp kosher salt3 tbsp olive oil1 tsp dry basil¼ tsp cracked black pepper Toss together and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for about a half hour, turning the fries half way through the baking process.
