After discovering some leftover white chocolate chips in the cupboard he quickly ammended that thought to Triple Chocolate Cookies. How can a boy of 8 be blamed for upping the ante when a favourite cookie is involved. I think we might have overmeasured our flour in this particular batch as pictured because they are normally bake up flatter than this but they were delicious anyway and the baby man was pleased with his efforts.
½ cup cocoa
Cream sugar, brown sugar, and butter very well. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add to the creamed mixture and fold in until almost all the flour is incorporated. At this point add the chocolate and white chunks or chips.
