Cooking for one can have its challenges so cruising blogs for meals and big feasts that haven't graced my table in decades is my daily trip down memory lane for me. So my comment isn't to say I'm going to try this menu or that I tried these recipes but to say 'out of all of the Valentine blogs and recipes I cruised before and on Valentine's Day this is the one that stood out. It's the one clearly and lovingly says 'to my Valentine' and sounds yummy, too.
It's simple but beautiful and the most memorable. It's the only one that visually says everything that Valentine's Day has to say.
It's beautifully set out on the page and the visuals are what stuck in my head. This is the one I remember out of all of the blogs. It's been 3 days since I read this and I still think about it. This is the one I would have done, if I had cooked for two on V day. Well done Barry..
