Moose Farts

This one is a chocolate version with white chocolate mini chips. I think I prefer this one to the original.

Is that the last of the “Fart Cookies” collection. I still have an idea for a cherry vanilla version and a couple of other ideas.

Reindeer Farts. A no bake cookie confection!

Reindeer Farts. A no bake cookie confection!. A terrific, easy Holiday treat for all ages, but also a perfect choice to get the kids involved in the seasonal preparations.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml can sweetened condensed milk Canada, (14 oz US)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut, fine or medium cut ( ground almonds make a good substitute)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs. We use Oreo crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini white chocolate chips
  • Candy sprinkles (optional) or just more cookie crumbs for roiling. Your choice.

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk & vanilla extract until well blended.
  2. Add the chocolate cookie crumbs, coconut and white chocolate chips. Mix to combine well.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour or so before rolling the mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. You want to make these on the smallish side as they are quite rich.
  4. Roll the balls in additional cookie crumbs and once again chill until firm.
  5. Refrigerate in a sealed container to store.
  6. I have frozen these quite successfully as well.
