Folks are always looking for treats like no bake Christmas cookies. Recipes that are pretty easy to make, look good, and taste great too.
Best of all they can be made well in advance and frozen to be enjoyed during the Holidays. Since they don’t require an oven, they are ideal summer treats as well.
I decided to add a few new no bake cookies this year for just those reasons.

Cappuccino Nanaimo Bars. Chocolate and coffee is a naturally delicious flavour combination that comes together perfectly in these incredible no bake cookie bars.

I asked a question sometime ago but I don't have an answer yet. I am making Cherry Cake Squares and when cooked they always fall in the middle. I end of using a lot more icing in them . Why do they fall, how can I prevent it?
