Nutella Crunch Cookies. Chocolatey, crispy, chewy Nutella cookies with the crunch of toasted hazelnuts.
These Nutella Crunch Cookies are sure to be popular.
Everybody loves Nutella so why not enjoy it in a crispy, chewy, chocolatey cookie. Especially a cookie with the crunch of hazelnuts that toast as the cookie bakes. Amazingly good!
I’ve frozen these a few times, which makes them easy to have on hand at any time. These will be very popular with kids during the Holidays too.
Drizzling the cookies with chocolate at the end is a nice touch but completely optional. Abut a half cup of chocolate chips melted is plenty.
I prefer dark chocolate chips for this purpose but you can use any kind you like.

I made these last Sunday and they turned out great. I tripled the recipe and it made 105 cookies which works out to 35 per recipe. My cookies were a good size. I had 1 C left over of hazel nuts so I would recommend to use only 2/3 C not 1C. I also found it easier to roll into a ball, flatten and then press into the nuts. Great recipe.

Hi Barry. Considering these for a cookie exchange. What is the approximate yield? Or am I just overlooking that on your recipe postings? Thanks!
