Every holiday occasion invariably offers up the same problem. What to do with all those leftovers.
I’ve made it my mission here at Rock Recipes to make sure you are never short of ideas about how to easily conquer that age old question. One of the things I try to keep in mind when making leftover suggestions is the fact that you probably spent the whole day before cooking up a big meal that big Easter turkey feast for family and friends. What you want is something simple!
This idea is one that we use in my family all the time and really couldn’t be quicker, easier or more tasty. The fact that you can make them on a pantry staple like the Wonder White Hamburger Buns here, make them even easier and unfussy.
Our kids have grown up loving these types of leftover panini and if you have leftover Easter ham instead of turkey, try using Wonder White Buns to make ham & cheese paninis.
