Classic After School Cookies Collection. 10 of our best grab & go cookie recipes. Includes several classic cookies, a local favourite, a gluten free cookie everyone loves, and an iconic British cookie treat too!
With school already open for some of our friends in the US and with early September looming large on the calendar, thoughts of returning to school days begin to push forward.
This can mean great celebration for many parents and a little dismay for those kids, who like me, never want summer to end.
One thing is for certain, as everyone with kids knows, the pace of life does amp up considerably in September. A return to after school sports, music, dance and other activities keeps everyone hopping.
To keep things running smoothly, and to ease everyone back into the Fall vibe, I’ve put together this collection of delicious after school cookies recipes.
All of them have been tried and true favourites in our house and are ideal for packed lunches or grabbing on the go, as kids head out to afternoon play or scheduled activities. Hope you enjoy them all.
I’ve added a new family favourite to this cookie collection! Our family has recently developed a fondness for these, soft, cake-like Banana Bread Cookies. They go just as well with coffee and tea for the adults as they do with a cold glass of milk for the kids!
