Low Fat Smoky Barbecue Turkey Spaghetti and Meatballs. A reminder of summer barbecue flavour at any time of year.
With the March winds picking up outside, barbecue season still seems a long way off. However, a few nights ago we enjoyed some of those familiar summer flavours in this healthy version of spaghetti and meatballs.
We used a couple of our favorite smokey spices, smoked paprika and chipotle powder, in both the meatballs and the sauce. The result was utterly delicious and a meal we are sure to enjoy many more times to come.
Lean ground chicken or even beef would work just as well in this recipe if you prefer.
