Frozen White Chocolate Cream Puffs. A terrific last minute dessert idea to have on hand in the freezer. They also make a great addition to a party buffet table as a perfect hand held dessert.

This September certainly is a milestone month for Rock Recipes. We will be celebrating our 5th Blog-iversary this month in what is shaping up to be our best traffic month ever. Our Facebook Page just surpassed 20,000 "Likes" and today we are posting our 900th recipe!
Thanks so much to all our readers, both veteran and brand new who have supported us along the way. We certainly have a lot to celebrate as we head into Autumn and we have plenty more to come as we are planning new recipes for the Thanksgiving and Holiday season

To celebrate this weekend, I thought about making a new celebration cake but since our 5th Blog-iversary is around the corner, I'm saving that luscious idea for later. Instead, since I have been craving some simple Cream Puffs lately, I decided to make some to display in a new centrepiece presentation.
It includes some simple chocolate dipped sweet strawberries and a drizzle of melted white chocolate. Wouldn't this make a stunning platter to offer guests at any special occasion gathering?

Thanks for your support JW! or is it Mark? 😉 Much appreciated!
Wow, your photos are amazing! The one on FoodGawker drew me to your site. Great presentation, with chocolate covered strawberries and cream puffs!
Wow ! the recipe looks delicious. Thanks for sharing this easy-looking recipe. I MIGHT try it sometime soon.
I love these with the whipped cream filling. Going to try them next with this white chocolate filling. <3
do u serve these frozen? and how long will they keep in and out of the freezer?
Yes, serve frozen. This is dairy based so thy will not keep out of the fridge or freezer. a few weeks at most in the freezer is what I'd recommend.
OMGosh, I have been looking for this recipe for years. I remember it being in the Betty Crocker cookbook made with a custard filling. Thank you so much
when you add your eggs, do you hand stir or use an electric mixer?
I always do them by hand. but if you choose to do it with the mixer, use a paddle attachment on lowest speed.
could i substitute milk choc chips instead of white Choc?
Yes you can.
Nom nom xx
I haven't made this yet so watch this space xx
Just made them! Used chocolate chips and made a marbled look. Can't wait to eat them! I recommend taking a time-lapse video of the cream puffs baking, it's amazing how they cook.
