Orange Five Spice Glazed Salmon. Inspired by teriyaki salmon but with the addition of some bright citrus and Asian spice flavours.

Orange Five Spice Glazed Salmon
Here’s one of those recipes that results when there’s nothing in the fridge. A few simple ingredients thrown together to create a tasty citrus glaze saved us from a boring dinner one night last week.

The sauce is very simple and reminds me of teriyaki sauce but with a little more sweetness and warm, not hot, spice flavours. It’s a simple delicious combination.
This is one I’ll make again.

I just made your orange stir fried pork which was absolutely delicious. Had to hurry, so the sauce was not as thick as it should have been. I was thinking of using the leftover sauce on salmon tomorrow. You have that covered already. Thanks gor the great recipes.
