Mango Cookie Bars – an exotic twist on a crumble cookie bar with a filling flavoured with five spice mix for an unusually delicious and fragrant combination.
Here’s an exotic twist on a crumble bar cookie with fragrant vanilla, mango and spices all in in a buttery crumble. Delicious. Unusually, it uses Chinese Five spice blend as the spice mixture. I’ve used Five spice with peaches and apples before with good results and this combination was particularly delicious as well.
This recipe can also be served warm with ice cream ad a simple but very tasty dessert.
