Cranberry Apple Sauce - not just for turkey or chicken, this simple but delicious cranberry sauce does great with roast pork or baked ham too.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 4 medium apples diced
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Juice of half lemon
- pinch salt
Instructions
Simmer together gently for about 20 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
