I made the Raspberry and white chocolate scones and took them to a potluck... they were a tremendous hit... I made a single batch and put 12 oz of frozen raspberry and 12 oz white choc chips... I used an ice cream scoop and baked them on parchment like a cookie..... they were yummy and my husband & I could not stay out of them... Iprepared the dry mixture with the butter the night before and put it in the referigeratorm ( actually mixed up several batches and kept them in the fridge for several days)... then when i was ready to bake them I mixed the wet mixture and baked them... the frozen berries seemed to keep the batter cold so that they did not spread out too much...
