With the Holiday season behind us, many of us are looking toward a leaner, less indulgent start to the new year. But that doesn’t mean meals have to be boring!
These meals start with great flavours first. The fact that they are so very tasty is an automatic bonus.
The last couple of months have been dedicated largely to Holiday baking around here. So, you may be forgiven for thinking indulgence is all we do around here. It certainly isn’t.
Balance is important so that you can enjoy small indulgences occasionally. Real food is your best friend in maintaining that balance.
As I have written before, if you are cooking with real ingredients instead of packages and processed faux food, you are already half way there.
