I recently spoke with a young lady who was preparing a bridal shower brunch for her friend. She had chosen a couple of recipes from our Breakfast & Brunch Category, including this delicious frittata.
She had the rest of the menu down including some limoncello mimosas, but was looking for a baked treat to go along with the menu. So, she asked simply, what’s your best muffin recipe?
First of all, a brunch bridal shower with mimosas; what a great idea. How do I crash that party!?
Like all the “what’s your best…recipe?” questions over the years, this is a real problem for me. I have so many favourites that it is difficult to choose just one!
Eventually I told her I would post a list of fan favourites from the last 14 years on Rock Recipes, to give her plenty of choices. I wasn’t surprised at number one at all? How about you?
