Summer is burger time! Especially when they are made on the back yard grill!
But I do love burgers all yer long, so this is a useful collection at ay time. You’ll want to try these burger buns for sure!
One thing I’ve always loved is a great burger. I’ve had great burgers in practically all my travels and many in this collection have been inspired by restaurant burgers from Mary Brown’s Fried Chicken to Shake Shack’s Smoke Shack Burger.
We have plenty of beef burgers in this collection too, including an award winner! I mentored a team of young chefs a few years who took my recipe for Peanut Butter Sriracha Bacon Cheeseburger all the way to a gold medal at the Taste Canada Awards.
But burgers go well beyond beef these days, so there are versions with seafood, crispy chicken and even a Cuban Sandwich using ground pork! I’m sure you will find more than one to tickle the taste buds over the coming months and beyond.
