Folks who have followed Rock Recipes for the past 12 years know how very fond I am of summer peach season.
It really does stem, I think, of childhood memories of picking peaches in the Niagara Region of Ontario while there on vacation.
It was the first time I had ever picked fruit like that in an orchard and memories of those sweet juicy peaches still have me craving them every year at this time.
Fresh or frozen peaches both work well in many of our best peach recipes.
I recently featured Peach Week on Rock Recipes Facebook Page and Twitter Feed. So, I thought a round up of the top peach recipes we have highlighted over the years would be a great resource while fresh summer peaches are still available.
It will be a list I can add too in subsequent peach seasons too. Who knows I made a couple to this list before the peach season comes to a close. Stay tuned!
